Regional Director
Ages 25+
The regional director is responsible for the supervision of multiple programs in the surrounding area and making sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's contacting staff, handling parent concerns, or bringing necessary materials to staff in need.
Responsibilities

Coordinates staff schedule for region

Corresponds with program sites re: schedule confirmation and concerns

Communicates with all staff for their region, as needed

Plans and facilitates staff trainings

Assists with hiring and interviewing of new staff

Assists with termination of staff, if needed

On site support of new staff
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
All staff are required to help with before and after care twice a week.
Pay
$22 - $25 an hour.
Depends on experience.
Location
Travel to different locations in the surrounding area every week/two weeks.
Locations based in MA, NH & VT
