Lead Counselor
Ages 17+
The lead counselor is responsible for the supervision of 16+ children and delivering the curriculum, while making sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's setting up for the activity, talking with parents, or delegating tasks to jr. counselors.
Responsibilities

Work with group of children and provide a fun and safe experience

Teach and lead LetGoYourMind's program curriculum

Monitor and provide guidance to children

Maintain awareness of potential health and safety issues, identify hazards, and take appropriate action to resolve

Helping families with questions, concerns, and requests

Being a positive role model for children and other staff members
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
All staff are required to help with before and after care twice a week.
Pay
$15 - $18 an hour.
Depends on experience.
Location
Travel to different locations in the surrounding area every week/two weeks.
Locations based in MA, NH & VT
